- About Me:
- I am married to Stan VerHeul, the love of my life. I have three beautiful grown daughters, 3 great sons-in law and 5 super grandchildren. Family is very important to me.
I am retired and am learning to really enjoy and be thankful for this new phase of life. God has blessed me richly and I want to continue to live a life of thankfulness and praise to Him.

- My passions and gifts:
- I hesitate to say that I sing, b/c my voice is not what it used to be but I do love singing. I also love drama and acting. I have enjoyed teaching young children. I also love gardening, entertaining,cooking and baking. I also enjoy simple sewing projets.
- Justice, Environmental, and/or Stewardship issues I am concerned about:
- I have a heart for the poor and feel very strongly about justice issues related to those who have few opportunities and resources.
I am for health care reform that will include healthcare for all and support the public option.
I believe that all we have belongs to God and He wants us to share it.
I believe we have a great responsibility for caring for the earth.
