Devoted husband of Judy (44.5 years to date)...father of Robin, Leslie, and Elizabeth..."PaPa" to Helen, Greta, Sam, Te'a, and Nico Cree...pastor (now emeritus) for 38 years, starting inner city Detroit in '60's, brief rural parish in Kansas, campus minister University Colorado, 26+ years lead pastor L.A. Community Church inner city Los Angeles, including 10 years community organizer. We like outdoor activities--incl hiking, b-packing, kayaking, biking and being walked by Ms Lily, our "Borador." Moved TC end 2006 to finally get to be near Mike & Robin and 3 great g-kids. Iowa native.

I'm finding my way in retirement...fairly good at teaching, very much a student (finally have time to learn in a more leisurely way)...enjoy Bryan's teaching style (and substance) have done some consulting since retirement but looking for ways to serve in our new home...

Justice, Environmental, and/or Stewardship issues I am concerned about:

Racial (and every other kind of) reconciliation; dealing with poverty issues. Hunger issues. Lifestyle "tread lightly" issues.
